Accident Management Assistance

The purpose of the accident management scheme is to ensure that if you have been unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident you can use the Skurrays Vauxhall Claims Service. A 24 hour accident helpline number is provided for your use and nationwide roadside recovery can be arranged where required. A collection and delivery service is included for all driveable cases.

"What will this service cost me?" - Nothing!
There is no cost to you, we offer this free service as part of our sales aftercare for all customers of Skurrays.

"What happens if you can't claim the cost back, will you come back to me for it?" - No!
To safeguard you in case of any liability dispute an insurance policy has been funded by Skurrays, which protects you from having any charges to pay.

"What happens if the other party does not accept liability?"
We have experienced claims handlers who will assess the accident circumstances, a courtesy car will be supplied' for all fault claims and a similar sized vehicle supplied for all non-fault claims.

"Wouldn't it be easier to use my own insurance?"
Your insurer may not provide you with a replacement vehicle, they will still expect you to pay the excess even when the accident is not your fault and your no claims bonus may be affected.

''Won't my insurers insist I use their approved repairer?"
You are entitled to use a repairer of your choice. Your insurers approved repairer may not have a manufacturers approval.

"I've paid my insurance and they should deal with the claim!"
We will liaise with all parties involved including your own insurance company.
